At Jocelyn's Soil Booster, we stand behind the quality of our regenerative soil amendments and plant care products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and confident in the results you'll see in your garden.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products (Soil Amendments, Mulch, Biochar, Potting Soil, Kits)

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our physical products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Condition: Products do not need to be unused - we understand you need to try them to see results
  • Refund: Full refund of the product price
  • Return Shipping: We'll provide a prepaid return label for unused portions

Product Bundles

Bundles (Berry-Perfect, Apple-riffic, Squash-tastic, etc.) follow the same satisfaction guarantee as individual products. If any component doesn't meet your expectations, contact us for a full refund.

Workshops, Farm Tours & Experiences

  • Cancellation by You: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
  • Cancellation by Us: Full refund if we need to cancel or reschedule and the new date doesn't work for you.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact Jocelyn directly at jocelyn@wastenotfarms.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you'd like to return
  • Brief description of your concern (optional but helps us improve)

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at jocelyn@wastenotfarms.com with photos
  • We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund
  • No need to return damaged items unless requested
