Bud

Why Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure is right for: Bud growers

If you grow Bud, you already know your stuff: you’ve got products you swear by, humidity levels you adhere to religiously, and a strict pruning regimen. What you might not know, however, is that worm castings — otherwise known as worm manure — is an exceptionally powerful tool for any bud-grower’s toolkit, since it has many natural qualities and properties that lend themselves perfectly to lady plants (and the soil they grow in). Let’s take a closer look:

Bacteria is your best friend

Bud plants love soil that’s bacterial-dominated; lucky for your plants, worm manure is chock-full of beneficial bacteria — it’s why we like to call Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure a probiotic for your plants! The beneficial bacteria and microbes in Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure helps to fortify and rebuild your soil, which makes for healthy, happy plants (and a healthy, happy you).

On-demand microbe delivery

Flowering plants like Bud need exactly the correct amount of nutrients, at exactly the right time, to grow premium flowers. Worm castings are jam-packed with microbes that act as an on-demand delivery system, giving plant roots just what they need, right when they need it — and nothing more, so your plants aren’t overwhelmed with nutrients and additives, as they might be from all-you-can-eat synthetic fertilizers.

Anytime is the right time

Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure can be used at any time in the growth cycle, from germination to mature plants. Your plant will “choose” which microbes it needs to work with (see above!), and leave out the rest, so you don’t need to worry about when to apply worm castings. One helpful tip, though, is that worm castings help shorten the seed-germination cycle, so if you want to get growing a bit faster, try adding it to your seedling soil mix.

No chemicals, no disease, no problem

Worm castings like Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure have been found to help prevent the development of a specific pathogen, Pythium aphanidermatum, that causes seedlings to wither shortly after germination. Plus, it’s an all-natural way to enhance your soil — and when you add no chemicals to your Bud, you end up with no chemicals in your medicinal experience. Win-win!

Less soil booster, more Buds

Just one handful of Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure will go a long way to giving your ladies what they need to flourish; maximize your impact by also using our worm manure to germinate your seeds. Because worm castings are such a potent and effective growing tool, this means you need far less of it than traditional fertilizer to get incredible results. You can thank us (and the worms) later.

HOW TO USE

Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure can be used at any stage of Bud plant growth; however, for optimum results, follow these general guidelines:

Germination: Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure should come in contact with the seed as early as possible to ensure the microbes get to work immediately. If starting seeds in seeding mix, use a 10:1 mix of soil to Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure. If you’re germinating seeds in paper towel, sprinkle some soil booster onto the paper towel, directly beside your seeds.

Transplanting: If you’re growing in pots, your potting mix should be at least 10% Jocelyn’s Soil Booster Worm Manure. When you transplant into the ground, simply add a large handful into the hole before placing your plant in, then water well.

Maintenance: Every week during the growing season. sprinkle a large handful of Jocelyn's Soil Booster Worm Manure around the base of your mature plant, then water well.
