This is not my first bag of the potting soil so I guess that says it all. Know it contains only helpful not harmful substances and leaves our wetlands to thrive as they should (I hope).

As a registered dietitian, I understand the importance of diet to support the gut microbiome. Nurturing the soil food web is equally important.
